| Q. Why don't we offer a pick-up options? |
| A. PROLIFICREATOIONS focuses on "life time" clients...not "flyby" customers. With us not having customers in and out our facility it allows us to focus on your clients jobs therefore getting work done more promptly and efficiently. |
| Q. What if a customer wants to set up a meeting? |
| A. We prefer phone consultations first. After that we have no problems coming to your office or even meeting at a local coffee shop, bookstore etc. Depending on the project, we are also open to travel to surrounding cities or states if necessary. Normal meeting times are Tuesdays and Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Easter Standard Time. |
| Q. We I be billed for delivery services? |
| A. Not in the Jacksonville, FL. Local courier or UPS shipping fees may apply to cllients outside of the Jacksonville area. |

| Q. What payment options do you offer? |
| A. We off cash, check, credit card, and Pay Pal. We require 50% down and rest do upon delivery. There will be a $50 check return fee for all bounced checks. |
